Vacuum suction belts are mainly used in the packaging industry or wherever it is necessary to transport paper, thin sheet metal or glass as gently as possible. This transported goods are sucked onto the belts by the vacuum and transported to the destination. Since there is usually no standard form for these special belts, our highly flexible production can react to all requirements and produce a belt that is perfectly tailored to you. Thanks to modern robot technology, which supports the production of the vacuum suction belts here in-house, the possible manufacturing tolerances for the belts have meanwhile fallen significantly. We are particularly proud of the possibility of cutting through the tension members for the holes using a process we have developed, which delivers a similarly precise result as water jet cutting.
