WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
▪ Development and expansion of our sales activities in the aerospace & defence sector
▪ Acquisition (identification, qualification & acquisition) of new customers
▪ Support & commercial development of existing customers
▪ Identification of customer requirements & development of technical & commercial solutions
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
▪ Degree in industrial engineering/electrical engineering or comparable training
▪ At least 3 years of professional experience in technically demanding sales in aerospace & defence
▪ Familiarity with defence equipment (ITAR, EAR) & knowledge of standards: ISO 9100, 27001
▪ High technical affinity, (expertise in drive technology an advantage)
▪ Strong communication skills & persuasiveness combined with entrepreneurial thinking
▪ Pioneering spirit, flexibility & excellent negotiating skills
▪ Flexibility and high willingness to travel (at least 60%)
▪ Very good knowledge of German and English
