Your tasks:
– Disciplinary and technical management as well as development of employees in the responsible group
– Responsibility for the order management of component orders from our international locations
– Optimization of processes with regard to digitization and the use of software tools
– Ensuring and further developing material management for our international locations
– Monitoring of key figures and derivation of measures and recommendations for action

Your qualifications:
– Business or technical degree or comparable qualification
– Several years of professional experience in the field of order management
– Experience in changing processes and change management
– Competence in result-oriented communication with different interfaces and hierarchy levels
– Experience in leading, managing and developing a group
– Sound knowledge of SAP (MM, SD and CRM)
– Fluent written and spoken German and English
