Your tasks:
– Disciplinary and professional management and development of employees in the responsible group
– Optimization of processes in the area of production control
– Short and long-term planning of the production program
– Responsibility for timely order planning and control
– Optimization of processes with regard to digitization and the use of software tools
– Monitoring of key figures for control and early detection of deviations and deriving corresponding recommendations for action and measures

Your qualifications:
– Technical degree or comparable qualification
– Several years of professional experience in the area of production control
– Experience in managing, managing and developing a group
– Experience in changing processes and change management
– Competence in result-oriented communication with different interfaces and hierarchy levels
– Sound knowledge of SAP (MM, PP and ME)
– Fluent written and spoken German and English
