With horstOS you have a versatile and user-friendly control software for automation with our digital robots. horstOS enables the uncomplicated setup of components, the intuitive programming of individual processes and flexible control of the entire system. horstOS is divided into four main areas.
1) Project Setup: In the “Project Setup” area, users can seamlessly integrate and centrally manage all relevant components such as grippers, camera systems and safety systems, with the components being added via web apps or digital interfaces. Status queries, settings and changes are easily implemented via the robot panel with horstOS as the central user interface.
2) Program Generation: In the “Program Generation” area, the robot sequence is programmed with functions such as graphical and textual programming, robot simulation, free movement of the robot with a digital twin, integration and management of 3D objects and many other services.
3) Process Control: The “Process Control” area enables the operation and process monitoring to be adapted to the user’s personal needs and specific processes. Widgets can be used to display relevant process data, show the status of components and make frequently adjusted parameters accessible, giving users full control over their automation process.
4) AI Copilot: The innovative and unique “AI Copilot” answers questions about HORST and programming in horstOS in real time and in an easy-to-understand manner.
